Sarah is the founder and managing director of Necessities UK. This project is a God-given idea that she is serving and stewarding over with her great team. Sarah’s natural gravitation toward public and client roles has provided her with a vast amount of experience in the public and private spheres. Which has strengthened her knowledge in project management, governance, sustainability and strategic operations. Passionate about people and her community, Sarah leads the operations and management of the charity.

TRUSTEE

Nzinga has amassed almost 2 decades' experience working for major industry players within the Media and IT sector, of which 13 years were at the world's most renowned and respected public service broadcasting organisations, based in the UK. Nzinga offers excellent stakeholder management skills including significant exposure to very senior stakeholders and high-profile client relationship management. As a Trustee, Nzinga is able to apply her governance and project management knowledge and experience to ensure Necessities UK is governed with transparency and is compliant in every respect, including maintaining impeccable administration.

Francis Mbanefo

A dedicated and passionate multi-disciplinary professional, Francis brings over a decade of experience as a Clinical Dental Therapist and Public Health expert. Currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology, Francis is deeply committed to inclusive health promotion and early mental health intervention. With a strong background in strategic planning, governance, advocacy, and community engagement, Francis has led impactful initiatives empowering underserved communities. We’re excited to have Francis’s insight and leadership guiding our mission forward.

With a strong track record in both the public and private sectors, Amaka is passionate about using her skills to support organisations that drive social change. Her sharp analytical insight and commitment to accountability play a vital role in strengthening the charity’s governance framework. As a trustee, Amaka helps ensure that Necessities UK continues to deliver its mission with integrity, transparency, and strategic focus.
