Sarah is the founder and managing director of Necessities UK. This project is a God-given idea that she is serving and stewarding over with her great team. Sarah’s natural gravitation toward public and client roles has provided her with a vast amount of experience in the public and private spheres. Which has strengthened her knowledge in project management, governance, sustainability and strategic operations. Passionate about people and her community, Sarah leads the operations and management of the charity.
Nzinga Gardner
TRUSTEE
Nzinga has amassed almost 2 decades' experience working for major industry players within the Media and IT sector, of which 13 years were at the world's most renowned and respected public service broadcasting organisations, based in the UK. Nzinga offers excellent stakeholder management skills including significant exposure to very senior stakeholders and high-profile client relationship management. As a Trustee, Nzinga is able to apply her governance and project management knowledge and experience to ensure Necessities UK is governed with transparency and is compliant in every respect, including maintaining impeccable administration.
Joseph Wink
TRUSTEE
Joseph brings over twenty-five years of experience in people-centric change programmes working previously in the private and charity sectors across the globe, and now focusing closer to home working in local government delivering digital services to support local communities. Passionate about
social justice having supported various initiatives overseas to end violence against women and children through education, transformational
programmes and aid Joseph is no stranger to advocacy and remains an active participant in the fight to end poverty and injustice. Now as a trustee, Joseph will help boost the strategic vision and business direction of the charity to ensure Necessities UK achieves our stated goals.
Nonyem Nnadi
Trustee
Nonyem is an internal auditor and a qualified accountant. She has broad experience spanning the third sector, financial services, hospitality, health and Higher Education. She has led teams on incident management and establishing new partnerships. Her previous role was as a Deputy Country Director at a mental health charity.
Nonyem became passionate about improving the quality of life of the poor, vulnerable and disadvantaged during her work with various not-for-profit organizations with thematic areas in public health, mental health, livelihood support, migration and education.
As a Trustee, Nonyem will direct her experience in strengthening organizational structure towards ensuring that Necessities UK continues to deliver value to communities in an impactful and sustainable way.
